Unprofessional service

Do not hesitate to even walk into their stores. Pathetic customer service from the technician and manager.

My wife and I wanted to purchase a laptop from them that INCLUDED Microsoft Office 365. So then the technician went on to say that we can’t leave the store without him installing the Microsoft office which he has to charge R350 for the service. So I told him I could do it myself which he rep**** that only they have the product key for the installation. How does that make sense?? You want to charge your customers for something you have to include in the product.

The technician by the name of Martin was very unprofessional and twisted our words to make it seem like we were at fault. So we will never be buying from any incredible connection again. We decided to take our business to Makro and they assisted us wonderfully
