I bought a dstv decoder online, upon receipt I tried to activate the decoder only to be told that the decoder is registered in someone else's name. I phoned the rude and incredibly unprofessional consultant of incredible connection who told me to return the decoder to the nearest store. The store stuff cannot assist me... Take your decoder and give me my money
