Unpleasant service rendered

Recently bought an iPhone at hemming ways store on Lay-bye only to find out that the device is out of stock, bear in mind that I had completed payment of the item, how heartrending it was the entire situation, I feel the staff should have disclosed at that point when I made the lay-bye that the item was not in stock. The way they have acted is uncalled for & in near the future I hope they will learn to conduct the business in a bonifide manner. Pertaining the aforementioned information, it is with unpleasant favour that I still do not have the item in hand and that has not caused only bad financial constraints on my side but detrimental work professional effects on my career as I had to pursue the determination of work procedures associated with advanced technology in my area of work.
