The crux of the matter lies in the obscure terms and conditions outlined by Incredible Connection, particularly their policy demanding a 15% fee for the return of any goods. According to their stated terms, "if, upon return, the goods are not in their original condition and packaging, a handling fee of 15% of the total purchase price of the goods will be charged." However, the fine print fails to specify any conditions related to a broken seal.

In stark contrast to my previous experiences with other reputable stores, this arbitrary fee and its lack of transparency have left me questioning the legitimacy of Incredible Connection's business practices. The absence of clarity on what constitutes "original condition" and the imposition of a fee without regard to the product's actual state upon return raises concerns about the store's commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to consumer protection laws.
