Unit not for sale

<p>I called Tygervalley / Canal Walk / Bayside and Cape Gate regarding the PS4 1TB console for R2499.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cape Gate stated they had no stock available.</p> <p> </p> <p>The other 3 branches all informed me that Cape Gate had 1 left in stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called back to enquire about it again. They stated there is 1 in stock, but it is faulty. This is complete *******. That unit would've needed to be opened for them to detemine if it is faulty or not. Secondly, if it was a returned unit, it wouldnt display as stock available in the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>This unit was being held back by one of the staff, which is completely unacceptable. If the system displays the unit as in stock and there is in actual fact a unit in stock, it should be sold.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this sorted.</p>
