Uninformed staff and unclear advertising

I walked into the Blue route Mall branch, on the 21 December 2015, with the intention of purchasing the R99 icloud storage special. I asked the cashier for a voucher and he didnt know what i was talking about. He called his colleague and the lady informed me that the special ended on Sunday the 20 December 2015 and that the new price was R199. On the website interactive catalogue it states specials from 03 December 2015 till the 24 December 2015. If the R99 storage special was ending earlier they should have mentioned it clearly in the catalogue.
