UNincredible connection. Terrible customer support.

I purchased a R1000 PS store voucher from incredible connections online store in May. My card was charged three times for the same transaction. I have send proof to customer services and have been trying to get refunded since. I'm even happy to take additional PS Store credit. Send me the codes!!!!! i just get ignored, the online customer service just cuts you off and i keep getting messages saying complaint resolved. IT IS NOT!!! Perhaps i should help myself to R2000 worth of items from a store. Since its fine for you to help yourselves to money from my account,
