Unhelpful Incredible Connection

I bought an Xbox, in less than a week the analog stick drops into the pad and renders the pad useless. Microsoft will be happy to exchange but process takes 2weeks. They kindly ask that I take it back to the store, make an exchange and they will reimburse the store. Incredible connection won’t make the exchange because they say “they only sell and do are not linked to the product” and even after speaking to Microsoft and getting a reference number they are unwilling to do so as it means “we will have to wait 2weeks for us to get the pad we reimbursed you with.” These guys are just here for the money and unwilling to assist in any way if any of the products they sell is fault. For crying out loud, I’ve only had this console for less than a week!!
