Unhappy shopping experience and still haven’t gotten my items

I usually do not complain. However, I have had the worst experience when it comes to opening an account with IC (Incredible Connection). I tried to open an account on Saturday afternoon at their Table Bay store. The MANAGER had no product knowledge and was very unfriendly. The consultant who helped me was very slow, and VERY unsure of herself. Whilst at the store I went through the whole application process after having pre-qualified already (because I entered all my details on my cellphone at home so that I didn’t need to do this at the store). However, I sat at the store for almost 2-3 hours! So after I had given her all my details, she told me that I wouldn’t get my items till the head office validates my information. Now, keep in mind they have set up my debit order and everything else already but still require confirmation??? I did all this on Saturday it is now Monday going onto Tuesday. Honestly this is the worst customer experience I have ever had with any creditor. I am waiting on my items still, but its the last time I EVER buy from Incredible Connection.
