Unhappy Customer

I have received a horrible experience from the day I went to the shop to do an application, agents were not helpful at all and i felt disrespected because they kept on disrupting the agent who was assisting me by using her computer without even asking me for permission. Its been 3 days now since we did the application and no feedback has been received. Tried to call the shop yesterday and today but they keep saying my application is still with their finance department. When I call they don't even try to lie maybe and say we will make a follow up.
