Unfair service!!!!!!!

I bought a Samsung A30s from on credit Incredible Connection 22 November 2020, in July the phone started getting hot and restarting itself for no reason. i took it to Incredible connection in East gate and I was told to take it to Samsung East gate for repairs. Long story short, the phone has been booked for repairs twice and the last time they repaired the phone took almost two weeks. I am frustrated because i am still paying for the phone and now I have to take it in for repairs again as there other apps I cannot use on the phone because they won't respond. I just the phone replace not repaired!
