Unfair business practice

I purchased a cell phone on the 14th of July, I spent so much time on the phone to find out when it will be delivered only to find out today that they canceled my order and I must wait 30 days to get my money back.

This is unfair practice to keep a customers money I'm their account to accumulate interest! We would not purchase an item if it was not urgently needed! Nor do we have the means to wait 30 days to buy the item.

No one wants to take the time to escalate my query
