Unexpected Great service

I have never been a fan of Incredible Connection and even more hesitant of their online shopping.<br> So, I placed an order for a Jawbone on their online store and received a phone call to say that they do not have stock, I was not surprised.<br> However, I what I was not expecting was that IC would go out of their way to offer me a different product, at no additional charge.<br> Despite the lack of stock and change of order, I received my order within a couple of days.<br> The service that I received was nothing short of sublime. I received feedback when it was promised, even though it was after hours at one point.<br> IC should be proud of Shamila at their Richards Bay branch, she has won a loyal customer with excellent service.
