On their "ESSENTIAL" items, a Gaming Mouse of over R500 is ESSENTIAL, but the one I ordered for R 199.00 is not essential?!

The same with the mouse pad. on their "ESSENTIAL" items list, they have a Mouse pad of R299 (and that's the cheap one) but the one I ordered for R129 is "non essential"? It's ridiculous! They are trying to force us to buy expensive gaming items under THEIR essential items list, when a normal entry level one for SCHOOL purposes would suffice. If one mouse is essential, shouldn't they all fall under the same category?

I have requested feedback on this, received NONE to date. Called your customer service, spoke to Dudu, who made a note that you can send the laptop and printer so long, NO RESPONSE.

According to regulations, ALL communications and items necessary for SCHOOLING are essential. Not according to Incredible Connection though.
