Undelivered order

I bought an Iphone 11 for R11 599 on the 9the og May and today is the 6th day and I haven't received my order and when I track my order is still shows ready to pick. I am failing to understand what is delaying my order as I have paid the full amount and it has been 6 working days already. I called in twice to check where is my order and I still did not get concreate answers. They said they will call me back to give me answers even today am still waiting without answers
