Undefeated in Terrible Customer Service

Incredible connection remains undefeated in terrible customer service. My brother-in-law ordered earbuds for himself and my sister for VALENTINES DAY. Suddenly their order number is missing, the delivery number doesn't exist. Money has exchanged hands, there is proof. I live for the day they are publicly dragged over the coals. I know they won't reply to this, just wanted to turn anyone else away from these.... people.
