Unbelievable customer service

On the 16th of October 19 i went into the shop Incredible Connection in Wonderpark at about 17h45, to look for a laptop, a nice guy assisted me and i explained i need it urgently and would like to take up credit and pay it off in 4 months, he told me to go get a bank statement at the ATM to start the process, feedback will be on the 17th. When i came back i could not find him, so i went to the lady sitting at the counter who was very rude and told me she cannot start the process its late, a whole hour before the shop closes and she was not willing to assist. I told her i will go to the competitor who will appreciate my business, she could not careless , she just said ok
