Unauthorised duplications of card transactions

Incredible Connection Cradlestone Mall has debited bank account now for the third time for a card transaction. Took three weeks to resolve the duplication and on the 24th December debited my account again. Getting no feedback on the reason why this was done. How can this be allowed. This is unacceptable, I will never do business with Incredible Connection again.
