unauthorised debit order and no one wants to hekp

<p>On the 3rd of july 2017 i was browsing through incredible connections wifi deals, and i made a mistake of agreeing to the service. When i realised what i had done, i quickly sent them am email stating it was a mistake and can they please cancel the account and i dont want any charges against me. And it was the same day mind you.</p> <p>I then received am email that my account was cancelled successfully, that same day the 3rd of july2017.</p> <p>Then on the 1st of august 2017, i get a bill charged on my account of R178.48.</p> <p>I was quite shocked and confused because i dont know were that charge was from, then only a little later after thinking quite hard , i remebered about incredible connection.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then sent numerous emails, ive logged many cases with them. They always reply some one will call me, but up to this very day, no one did. I even received an email from Wiseman Mpanza stating he will contact me but he didnt. The next day he sent me an email that my query has been resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>I decided to call their call centre to double check. It appears the account was closed but the person who closed the account, put forth a debit order to still be taken off my account at the end of the month. Which did happen. So i explained the guy what happend. He said he will call me bak. That was 4 August.</p> <p>Today is the 10th August and still no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>It all comea down to *****. Because i cancelled watever service i mistakely took on. And i cancelled he same exact day it was activated. I also told them there must be no charges cos i havent used their service. But they chose to cancel the account and still charge me which i feel is ***** and to make matters worst they dont want to help me and reverse all charges on my name on their systems and send me a letter stating that i owe them nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really need someone to help me, i dont know what else to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the link for the very first càse i logged with them to cancel any servuce activated on my name : https://www.connection.co.za//?_page=ticket:user_view&id=5545 </p> <p> </p> <p>But i can no longer view it on my side because the account was cancelled. Im sure they can still see it on their systems. They shouldnt be robbing people like this. And because of what they doing i will have a negative profile on the credit bureau because it will show i have an unpaid account with incredible connection and that will bring my score down and make problems for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I refuse to pay them anything. They must reverse all charges against me on their systems,and sent me a letter stating i dont owe the anything at all!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to be contacted on my cellphone.</p> <p>Thank you</p>
