Unacceptable Service from Store Manager at Incredible Connection Ballito Junction

I would like to express my utter disappointment with the service provided by the store manager at Incredible Connection in Ballito Junction.

On 22 August, I app**** for a Telkom package deal, under the assurance that it would be processed within 2-3 working days. Over a month later, I am still waiting, with zero communication or follow-up from the manager . Every step of the way, I have had to initiate contact, as the manager has provided conflicting responses, and more often than not, has met my concerns with complete silence. Her lack of professionalism is astounding—she doesn’t make eye contact, provides no updates, and seems utterly unconcerned about the poor service her store is providing.

Despite pointing out these inconsistencies, I have been met with no action, no explanations, and no sense of responsibility from her end. It’s clear she has no interest in assisting customers, as she simply waits around doing nothing while problems escalate. The level of customer service I have experienced is, without question, the worst I have ever encountered.

In fact, I had to seek help from Hifi Corp staff to handle a situation that is entirely her responsibility, which is both embarrassing and unacceptable. The manager has proven herself to be ***********, unresponsive, and an obstacle to resolving a simple application that should have been processed weeks ago.

I strongly advise anyone considering this store to avoid it if they expect timely, professional service. This store manager is clearly not fit for the role and has caused an incredible amount of frustration and inconvenience.
