Unacceptable and Deeply Disappointing Service

I was supposed to receive my order from Incredible on 10 July 2025, but it still hasn’t been delivered, and I’ve received no update since.

On 10 July at 10:45, I received this SMS: “Hi [NAME]. Your Incredible order is out for delivery today. You'll receive a tracking link when you are our driver's next stop.” Later that evening, at 18:28, another SMS said: “Hi [NAME]. Your Incredible order is our next delivery. You can track it here: [LINK]” When I checked the tracking link, the driver was in Kempton Park—about 30 km away from my delivery address.

Not even 5 minutes later, I received yet another SMS: “Unfortunately, we were not able to complete your Incredible delivery today. We will reschedule your delivery and communicate the new delivery date.”

To date (11 July), I’ve received no follow-up communication and have no idea if or when I will be getting my order.

This level of service is completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I expected much better from Incredible.
