Unacceptable

Im sooo disapointed in them they where always my best place for shopping for new tecnology but never again!!!! I baught a laptop there for R5000.00 a year ago so it broke by the charging piece i went there on (26 july) they said theyll phone me on monday to let me know whats going for what i never recieved a call last sonday (2 aug) they said again theyll phone me again on monday and still havent recieved any thing!!! Never ever going back there again i know there is better places out there whom would responce quicker and will help me with a smile!!!
