Un-incredible Service and Repairs
On the 12th of Feb I handed my Macbook Pro in for repairs on it's extended warrantee. It was confirmed that the battery pack overheated/started swelling causing issues with trackpad and keyboard. ( JC***).With little, to no feedback, I eventually got it back, but the battery they replaced didn't charge/decharge correctly- had to take it back again. Eventually got the unit back on 16 March.

The trackpad &keyboard started acting up again so I handed it in again on 11 Sept (JC***), eventually let me know that the trackpad and keyboard will be replaced- went to pick up the unit on 5 October- only to find the trackpad horribly fitted- it stood out from the laptop casing so bad that the laptop couldn't even close. Left it with them to fix/replace.

I was notified to pick up unit on 7 Octt (JC***) again the trackpad was not fitted correctly (not flush with laptop body) This time they put me in touch with their repair co.- and today (9 Oct) I got a call from the repair co. to say that the trackpad's springloader/palmrest thingy was weakened by the adjustments (they've made). Now theyre re-replacing the trackpad and springloader/palmrest.
