Two months, still no refund! R19999.00 owed by Incredible Connection / JD Group.

I ordered two Apple Macbook Airs and two connectors for external monitors. Not only was I billed the incorrect price for the Macbook airs [site showed R12999.00 each, credit card billed R19999.00 each] but I was only sent one.

I have called Incredible Connection online support a dozen times and each time I am told to send an email with the order number and details, I have done so several times but am yet to receive a reply to the initial email sent 1st July.

On the 20th August I "escalated" the above issue with Sameer Fakir Customer Resolution Centre Team Lead @ JD Group. Since this email I have sent a further 6 emails and am still awaiting a resolution.
