Twelve days later and still my parcel has not arrived.

On 29 November 2019, I ordered good from Incredible Connection. The goods were dispatched on the same day to RTT Logistics for delivery. To date, RTT has not delivered the package. RTT is unable to trace the package. When I reported the matter to Incredible Connection, the call agent responded: "You can only lodge a complaint, maybe it will help" No further assistance. As I did not choose the courier company, I believe that Incredible Connection must follow-up with their courier choice and locate my parcel. It is now more than 12 days later and still no delivery.
