Trying to get a quote like pulling teeth

<p>I contacted Incredible connection monday morning the 24/04/2017. to get a quote to supply and fit a 42" TV screen and all cables, i contacted 2 other suppliers and received there quotes same day. around R9,000 average. Turns out Mr Johan S the store manager is to busy to quote. he first told me that he would quote and he and a technician would do the install if successful. When i phoned again today all i got was attitude about how he doesnt stock trunking and they dont do installs???? why do they have tecnicians then? he did however assure me that he would get back to me in 10minutes with a quote!!!! 3 hours later and still no quote. I then decided to call Incredible connections 0800 number to lodge a complaint, guess what you cant speak to there head office because they dont give out the number???? absolutely shocking, when i asked if the calls were being recorded the person rep**** they were, so i gave my name and number and informed him that i would be lodging a complaint here to which he rep**** thats fine i done mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I can assure you i will do everything in my power to get this out there, as in todays tough times customer satisfaction should surely be a big driving factor with any company, Apparrantly not at Incredible connection. I will never ever support them again and will make sure that all my many friends and family also give them a wide bearth</p>
