Treat clients like idiots

<p>i purchased a Targus leather computer bag which had a lifetime guarantee, the handle broke and I took the bag to incredible connection Creta where I bought the bag for them to send to Targus.</p> <p>i was told if I do not have an invoice I must take the bag to Targus in Midrand.</p> <p>This was implemented last year apparently, so you need to keep incredible connection invoices for the rest of your bags life?</p> <p>well done IC you don't honor the guarantee you sell your clients, will never deal with you again</p>
