Travelwize suitcase

I ordered a travelwize suitcase, it was delivered in terrible condition. The box was torn and stained and seemed to be sealed with already use selotape or maybe it was from the dust. I tried logging in a return. And handling fee was about half the price of the suitcase so it would be only half that would be refunded back to my account. Rather buy instore then online. I don't think I'll be shopping from there as it was my first time ordering from there.
