Transacted R16 999 from my account then claimed my order does not exist

I am absolutely livid as the shifty practice of this merchant. I placed an order and made payment for a Macbook Air costing R16 999. I made payment online and opted for the in store collection as this was an urgent purchase. After the payment was processed, I got a message from the incredible connections website saying that the transaction has not been verified. After speaking to customer service, I was told my query would be resolved in 24 hours, and 24 hours later it has not been resolved. Rather I have to wait 72 hours until I can get help.

This is not chump change that I spent and the fact that you are NOT fulfilling my order after taking my money is unacceptable. I would tread lightly of supporting this organisation, especially its ecommerce site.
