Trade in

I have contacted several stores asking them whether Incredible connection does trade ins on devices. The Southgate stores said that they do not, I then proceeded to contact Sandton and The glen, both of those stores said that they do trade ins and when I proceeded to ask them the value of my device, they cut the call on me. All I want to know is the value of my device.
