TP Link 4G LTE Router

I phoned the Menlyn and The Grove stores and told them i wanted a router that is compatible to a Rain sim card and i was told the tp-link 4g lte router will be the one to purchase. I risked my life to make this purchase during the covid pandemic because i was assured by the sales person on the phone that not only did they have stock in fact they had a compatible device. Today i went to your branch at The Grove and was told by the technician upon my attempt to return the device since it does work with my Rain sim card that in fact the router does not support my sim card and the sales people i spoke to misguided me and made spend R1799 on an *********** device. On the receipt it says there is a14 day return policy which i was not even advised about when i made my purchase in fact the sales person was more concerned with getting the sale then explaining the terms and condition of purchasing a device NOW i am not sure whether i was expected to go to the mall or any of your branches at the rise and peak of the pandemic to return this device? I want my refund and the sales people that advised me to be dealt with accordingly. This totally unacceptable and i will bear responsibility for you inept, unwise useless and ,misguided staff
