Totally and utterly ********** service.

This is my third update on Incredible Connection Clearwater and how they treat their customers. I'm still waiting on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8pro which i paid for in full at the beginning of Dec.

I've stopped contacting the store trying to find out when i'm getting my phone, because the only this i'm getting are excuses after excuses.

My brother was looking at upgrading his laptop and spending at least R25000 to R30000 for a i7 but i informed him not to even consider getting it from Incredible Connection totally based on my experience with them. Word of mouth is powerful, but i don't think Incredible Connection even cares about how this bad customer service impacts their brand. God knows i'll never buy anything from them again and i'll make sure, whoever is in my sphere of influence also does the same.
