Took My Money With No Intention To Fulfill My Order

I'm so disappointed with Incredible Connection. My mother and I each ordered an Xbox Phantom White controller from them and were told delivery would be within 14 days. After a week and a half I contact support to ask why the tracking is unavailable and they inform me that they actually don't have that item in stock and it was only available online due to a system error. So firstly, they failed to contact me about an order they could not fulfill for a week and a half. I then ask for an immediate refund since they've had my money since Feb 16th with no intention to fulfill my order. It has been 3 days now that I've been talking with support to sort out a simple refund and I am told that it will take 7-10 days to issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable. You took my money for nothing, the least you can do is an immediate transfer.
