This needs to be reported

I settled my account with your company in 2013 and received a settlement letter yet this account is still open on your side and ITC. In November 2015 i settled another account with you and after numerous phone calls i have not received any feedback regarding the paid up letter. To me these sound like very simple tasks to do so it fails me that your staff is unable to perfom them. The worst part about this horrible service that it is negatively affecting my credit score. Can someone please do their jobs?
