Unfortunately, they are the middle mad between Lenovo and me. As my laptop was bought from them. It looks like there is no effort shown into my problem as my laptop was bought new. I have been struggling with it for 7 months. I had no reel chance to actually work on it. Lenovo is doing nothing. We are still waiting for feedback from the main office and if they take longer to do something y warranty is going to run out. :l
