This company does not deliver on their promises

My experience with Incredible Connections has been incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing. I paid for an item in full and have not received it, yet the company has shown no urgency or proper effort to resolve the issue. I’ve been left chasing updates and explanations that never come, while the product I paid for remains undelivered.

A retailer has a simple responsibility: provide the item a customer has purchased or promptly fix the situation when something goes wrong. Instead, I’ve been met with unhelpful responses and a lack of accountability from Incredible Connections. I should not have to constantly follow up and plead for the basic service I am entitled to.

At this point, I feel ignored, undervalued, and completely let down. Until Incredible Connections demonstrates greater reliability and respect for its customers, I cannot recommend it. No one should have to work this hard just to receive what they’ve already paid for.
