They don't value and help their customers

Incredible connection it is so useless in their system if parcel bought online and the is a mistake about the address, they don't help you instead they promise you that driver of their courier company will call you to address the matter which it is Aramex, they don't even border to call you Aramex they just carry on delivering the parcel, my parcel delivered on wrong address parcel #*** and I even call them earlier before it has reach that so called Aramex company, my wrong address was supposed to be fixed earlier as I called incredible connection early, when I call they promise me lies, so useless company, they don't care about customers, we are human mistake happens so soon as it is spotted need to be fixed immediately but they keep saying the is nothing we can do about it 😡😡😡 so very annoyed incredible connection so useless
