They do not honour or guarantee the products they sell

I purchased a Microsoft office package Home and Student and was informed that it was the same as the 365 office package except it was a once off package and not just a one year package. But when it was loaded onto my laptop it was found that it did not have the Microsoft outlook programme on it. On going back to the Incredible Connection store in Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit I was informed I could not get any refund because it have been loaded onto my laptop. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that they can sell me a product that was not what I requested. Despite my efforts to get this issue resolved I have been told it not there problem but Microsoft problem, if you sell a product then you are liable for the product. Should I not get a refund (R2199) I will take this issue up with the consumer affairs. I am determined to make Incredible Connection responsible for any item or product they sell
