Their Staff Mostly Have Good Initiative! I think some people are overdramatic.

I took a Lenovo notebook in for repairs in March. The laptop was returned but was still faulty. I spoke to a lady and explained to her that it was still faulty. It was booked in and was again returned faulty but she took the initiative to make sure the supplier gave me a new notebook instead of inconveniencing me any further. This was great service on her part and needed to be recognised, so I contacted there manager like a Karen but for the right reasons. Very well done!
