THEIR REPAIR CENTER IS A TOTAL MESS. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I submitted my laptop for repairs 2 and a half months ago and it's still not fixed. 3 weeks ago, i received my laptop and paid R1,500, only to open it and see that it has the same problem. I obviously sent it back and i haven't received any news for it thus far.

i am honestly sick and tired of going back and forth and would like to be refunded and have my laptop returned to me as i have seen no progress at all. i have lost a lot of money and business as a result of the laptop being under repair for nearly 3 months when i was promised it would be done in 10 days!!!!!!!
