The worst service I’ve ever received!!!

Worst service ever!!!! I hate them for not caring if I got my laptop or not, I bought a laptop online, and paid in full , they took my money and over a week later I never received my laptop, I missed school and I was set back with my school work, due to them not caring whether I got my laptop or not, i spoke to multiple agents and none of them helped me instead they told me to go contact aramax by myself and that it’s not their problem once the package has left their premises, I would never recommend anyone to buy anything online from them, their 2-5 delivery statement is bull****, or maybe they just don’t take black people seriously. They never contacted me until after I sent multiple complaints. I regret buying from them, I should’ve bought my laptop from IStore and not bothered with them and their disgusting service, worst part they work with the worst courier company in South Africa, Aramax, they were the worst in the acrimony, they absolute worse, Dean and Andazani, those 2, I hope I never cross paths with them, they are another reason my laptop was delayed, they never even once contacted me about any issues with my address or anything, and they contacted me about my delivery dates changing, I waited an entire week for my laptop with no one talking to me. They both absolutely disgusting! And they are hard to get in contact with, I’ve called more than 7 numbers using my airtime and still never got help. Incredible connections is the pits! If you’re buying anything Mac related just go to IStore! Or find another store ! Never ever trust this ****ty company
