The worst service in the world

I do not know why I keep going back to Incredible Connection. The service is TERRIBLE. I tried to buy a simple Ipad Power Adapter today. The salesperson was useless. First, he did not know the difference btw Ipad and Mini Ipad adaptors. 2nd he just tells me they don't have it. When I ask him if they may have in the back, he just says no. A minute before he did not even know if they have it on the shelf. A manager sees my frustration and when I say it would be great service to tell me when new stock can be expected or to take my name and number with a promise to phone back, he looks at me grinning, and say, ok, good day sir. The salesperson looked like he had never heard of such an outrageous idea before. I have recently had an even worse experience at the same branch, so today I am saying my say. I think I should write to Apple and tell them that it is a BAD BAD BAD idea to stock their products in IC.
