The worst service

Poor service.I was sent by Vodacom (Vaal mall) to upgrade there, because the phone I wanted was not in store. The lady that was helping me at incredible connections (Vaal mall) didn’t explain anything to us about the phone , instead of continuing with our contract she made a new one, on the contract we have it says we going to pay for 36 months but when we got to Vodacom the assistant says with her it says 24 months. She failed us. We had to pay for new sim card because of a new contract she did , which she wasn’t supposed to.
