The worst online store

The worst online store we ever come across, at first we bought a phone online and the delivery took longer than the actual delivery date. We thought maybe it's because it was a delivery and this time we chose to collect in-store but two days passed without any notification that we can come to collect but their system showed us which stores the phone is available.
