THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

So I bought a brand new Laptop a little over a year ago, with Microsoft Office included & it was working perfectly fine. When I got home, I tried to install my original Corel X3,(still have to install with a disk) and it wouldn't work, so I go back to the store & is referred to their I.T. person that tells me X3 is no longer compatible with Windows 10, but it's not a problem Corel offers a free upgrade if you have already purchased the program, so he works on my Laptop & "Whola" I have Corel X8. So more or less a year goes by and all of a sudden, my Microsoft office is not valid any more & my Corel says that I have Pirated software. I had to wait a while as I was working out of the Country, but upon my return I go back to the store & again I get sent to the I.T person, who tells me: The person who initially assisted me no longer works there & this is my problem!! Turn his back on me & walk away. So here I am & my programs are not working. What do I do now!!!!
