THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Can you please advice me on what to do.

I have been to the INCREDIBLE CONNECTION VREDENBURG store numerous times, taking all the documents needed. The lady at the store is very unprofessional, they don't return my calls, they don't do follow ups. They always to busy when i phone the store because they don't come back to me. Yesterday when i wanted to speak with someone in the store, they were on lunch and that was almost 5 pm. I have been to the store everyday for 2 weeks and no one has helped at all or want to. I asked the staff at the Vredenburg store who should i speak to about this but they couldn't help, i phoned customer care and they said they couldn't either. Customer care said the only way is to go to the store. So i don't know who to talk to anymore. Incredible Connection customer service is the worst, this is no way to treat potential new customers.
