THE ORDER THAT NOT DELIVERED

I ordered goods from Incredible Connection on 29/11/2019 and I got sms on 03/12/2019 that my order will be delivered to me on Tuesday. I called and was told that my goods are in a truck but I never received my delivery on Tuesday and Wednessday still no delivery. This morning I called was told that RTT had it in the truck on Tuesday and then taken out again. I dont understand why it would be taken out when its already been paid for. I called RTT deliveries this morning and I was promised that I will get my delivery at 2pm today which did not happen. This is a birthday gift and I will not be available at my work address as I am going on leave from today. I have been calling the RTT Durban office at *** but my call is dropped everytime. My take on this is that my goods were given to someone else and now I am made to wait longer which is extremely unfair. I am so disappointed and disgusted at this service I get from you. I feel that all customers are the same and should be treated the same. I need explanation for this. My contact no is ***. Looking forward to hear from you today still.
