The norm poor after sales

Why do I do this to myself, I've never had a positive shopping experience ever with IC. Bought a 120Gig SDD. Got home, not working. (what is new? - was wondering why the shop is always so empty) So I advised the guy, then replace it with something similar. I was told no. I must go to East Rand mall, they have stock... (who is paying for my petrol here????) Not really shocked by the once again poor after sales I told them just to refund me. Well IC, this proved to be my last visit. You have lost me and my whole family as a customer.
