The hi finance at incredible, along with bad attitude at East rand mall branch is ridiculous!!!

I had app**** for credit online, which was provisionally approved. I then went to Woodmead branch which were more than willing to assist but do to incompetence of the staff, the application process had to be restarted 4 times. I eventually gave up and went to the East rand mall branch. First they told me that it would take over a week to be approved, yet Woodmead had it approved on the spot... After contacting head office in front of the cashier, she was able to assist me all of a sudden.... Its been 3 hours now that I have been sitting here, waiting on the final step and the store is closing in 10mins.

I strongly, and whole heartedly insist that you do not fall for their finance option as they clearly do not know what they are doing. Also, the attitude experienced from the staff member was disgusting. The manager was helpful to a point but in its entirety, this place/franchise is an absolute joke. I was about to spend R15k with them on this, but in the next 5mins I am canceling it all and the franchise will never see my business again. It already has a bad reputation and I am going to make it my life's goal to reiterate and increase the negative views of incredible connection.
