THE GROOVE MALL (Tshego) Poor Service and sooo rude

I bought a pocket router to work from home , the battery it was ****ed up couldn't even work a day with it and when I tried to return it, to be specific a girl called Tshego was so rude telling me they will deduct 15% on a router that was returned in the package and original state, never used... poor service with no customer interest instead they all about making profit for their own good. like the product is still in the condition not even 7days passed while i bought it. Moreover they never initially tested the product, This Company is so unreliable, wouldn't advice anyone to buy from here. @ the groove mall. I am so ****ed right now
